I find this hilariously funny.  Miley Cyrus confirms she is the spoiled brat that we all could predict she really was when she threw a temper tantrum on the Johnjay And Rich show (a Phoenix product, by the way, I see them every day on a local news show) about not getting to meet Thom Yorke and Johnny Greenwood at the Grammies because, like, totally, “I’d freak out. They’re my rock gods. These are the only people that I would cry over.”  Except if she were really that big of a fan, she’d know that Radiohead is about as aloof as they come, and would have no interest in pressing palms, or anything else, with her, or really anyone else, as Kanye West also found out.   And, so snubbed, she seeks to unleash her wrath by “ruining” them.  The funny things about this is that she assumes she has some kind of weird power to control the market, like her influence will extend beyond her fans to Radiohead fans and will them away from spending money on the band.  If I know the Radiohead hard-core, they will be out buying extra copies of In Rainbows as you read this.  They do not take anything Radiohead lightly.

Yorke summed it up nicely on the Radiohead site when he said, “When Miley grows up, she’ll learn not to have such a sense of entitlement.”  We can only hope she actually grows up – this is Hollywood we’re talking about.
